Shipping & Returns

Koora90 is committed to processing all orders within 24 business hours of receiving them. While a significant portion of our inventory is housed in our Manitowoc, WI facility, certain products may be directly shipped from the manufacturer. Although we strive to dispatch "Overnight" and "2nd Day" orders within 24 hours, occasional processing delays may occur, and therefore, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Delivery Estimates: Anticipated delivery dates are estimations, and we cannot provide a guarantee on delivery times. Any time-frame communicated is an approximation. This policy prevails over any delivery information conveyed by our staff through email or phone.

Additional Charges: Shipments outside the 48 contiguous states and Canada may incur additional shipping charges.

Credit Card Payments: For credit card payments, we can only ship to the address corresponding to your credit card billing.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours by emailing koora@gmail.com. Orders sometimes ship within this timeframe, and cancellations made thereafter will be treated as returns (refer to Return Policy). For cancellations, contact our Customer Service Center at kooora90@gmail.com.

Shipping and Handling Fee: All orders are subject to a shipping and handling fee. Shipments are insured for the item's value. Shipping charges are computed based on weight, with orders shipped via UPS or Watkins Freight unless otherwise specified. Using a P.O. box for the "Ship-to" address incurs an additional $12.00 charge.

Freight Carrier Responsibility: Freight carriers are responsible for delivering orders to the rear of their trucks. For larger or heavier orders, please ensure additional assistance is available at the time of delivery.
